systematic[sb] AND (creatine); systematic[sb] AND ("creatine"[MeSH Terms] OR "creatine"[All Fields]) showed that creatine supplementation of 20g loading dose and 5 – 10g daily dose cause a likely a 1.5% to 20% increase in weight lifted for leg press and squat, with low heterogeneity; major flaws bias was not reported. The absolute effect was estimated from, a primary paper in the MA whose mean coincided with the overall effect mean.
