    Heart (Level 3)

    N=1: Raised 30 day mean Whoop 5 min deep sleep rMSSD HRV by 20% in 1 month via 2200 kcals per day (male 15% CRON) cronometer guided CRON (Level 1 intervention) and 60 mins Parasym evening + 10 mins sensate evening + 30 mins Parasym morning + 10 mins sensate morning, with parasym left ear only and set at 20 Hz, 200 pulse width, 20 intensity  (P<0.05)

    Gums (Level 3)

    N=1: Reduced pocket depth from 5 mm to 2.5 mm in 2 weeks via sulcal emdogain flapless syringe injection 1 application, with twice daily pure tea tree oil 5 drops in 30 mL swished for 60 seconds after brushing.

    - from 65 to 45 min, by 20 min (p<0.05)in 'hot sleeping' male via OOLER device. However, we recommend EIGHT SLEEP POD due to it being much quieter and allowing more easily experimentable temperature settings.

    - from 60 to 40 min, by 20 min (p<0.05)in 'hot sleeping' male via 300 micrograms slow release melatonin (life extension brand).
